Current developments in production and service operations in our country requires a work force that can effectively use Industrial Engineering and Operations Research techniques. This program is designed to establish and enhance students’ skills so that they can use these techniques at an advanced level.
Our aim is that the theses of our graduate students will all be based on real life problems encountered in production and service operations. Through improved interaction with the industry, we expect to enhance the quality of our graduate education.
The program also aims to provide a strong academic background for students that intend to pursue a doctoral degree.
Students can choose to get their master’s degree with a thesis or without a thesis.
