Overview

Master’s Degree Program without thesis in Human Resource Management is a 90 ECTS credit program with a duration of 1,5 academic years and with 3 30-ECTS semesters. The regular program consists of 10 courses of 30 local credits and a term Project. The institute, upon the request of the program director, may require the prospective student to take additional courses if his/her background is not seen fit to follow the program.

It is indispensable for the enterprises to learn about man who makes decisions and executes them at the same time. At the present day, all mangers are responsible for fulfilling the functions of human resources management in their enterprises. The importance of Human Resources in contemporary enterprises will be handled and function of human resources, its techniques, its strategies and other subjects will be covered in this program. Moreover this program aims at contributing the business life by seminars and conference.

Graduates of the Human Resource Management Program can get employed in national and international public and private institutions. The director of human resources may oversee several departments, each headed by an experienced manager, who most likely specializes in one personnel activity such as employment, compensation, benefits, training and development, or employee relations.
