The Bachelor’s Degree Program of Drama and Acting Department is a 240 ECTS credits program of 4 years composed of eight semesters, each with a 30 ECTS workload. One ECTS is equal to 25.5 hours of student workload per semester.
Theater is one of the oldest art forms in the history of humanity. Drama and acting are the two essential elements of theater. Most writers who dominate the art world originate from the métier of acting and their creation are now replayed on TV, cinema and their methods are studied in education.
Drama and Acting Department admits students according to an exam that reveals the student’s skills, interest and knowledge. Our educators train artists equipped with theoretical and practical information on ‘Drama and Acting’, who will communicate with spectators all over the world through a 4-year undergraduate education program.
Today, the art of drama and acting is dominated mainly by private sectors. Therefore, employment is mainly in the private sector. Students graduating from the Drama and Acting department can be employed in public and private theaters as well as in vast entertainment sector including cinema and TV.
