The Department of Visual Communication Design generates an information circle that covers the contents and sections that are listed below. These are the sections: Human Communication, Cybernetic and Informatics Systems, Live Systems, Bionic and Social Systems, Communication Between a Human Being and a Computer, Library Systems, Organization Controls, Information and Command Systems, Universal Principles, Informatics Methods, Global Networks and General Systems etc.
Visual Communication Design is an interscience and multi-disciplinary field due to its nature and it covers the fields of elements of social and behavioral sciences, cultural study, art, design and aesthetics. At the same time, technological, social, cultural, political, legal and economic aspects of the subject should be taken into account and should be evaluated by using General System Science, Informatics and Cybernetics approaches.
