Electricity Program intends to educate Master Electricity Technician who work between the electrical engineers and technicians in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of every kind of fixtures and machines that are related to the production, distribution and use of electrical energy.
Our school believes in the fact that a strong relationship must exist between schools and industry in order for the students to prepare themselves better for their career and with this belief in mind, our school has planned to educate qualified workers by helping its students acquire observation, decision making and problem definition skills and provides its students with the opportunity to apply what they have learned in theory by having them do exercises. Students who graduate from this program will receive the title of “Electrical Technician.”
Students who graduate from this program can work at public sector establishments such as Turkey Electricity Distribution INC., Turkish Radio Television Establishment, Government Water Works, Machine Chemistry Institute, General Directorate of Rural Services and at various ministries with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources being at the top of the list. They also can work at the technical service departments of private sector companies, the maintenance, manufacture and production departments of various factories, energy distribution companies, energy production transmission companies, renewable energy sector, research and development companies, technical services departments of buildings, alongside free lance engineers and at the industry at different positions. Additionally, if they so desire, they can open a private business that is related to their vocation.
