Turkish Language Certificate (C1 Level). In case there is no Turkish Language Certificate before enrollment, Üsküdar University offers for its candidate international students one-year (1-year) preparatory Turkish-language school intense program.

Food Technology Program is an interdisciplinary program due to the nature of the occupation, «Food Technician». The program aims to train intermediate staff members qualified to lead and manage small and wide scale businesses producing food, following the latest developments and be more experienced than engineers.
Graduates of the program receive associate degrees and the title of «Food Technician». A Food Technician is responsible for the production, packaging, storage and delivery of foodstuff meeting health requirements to the consumers and they also conduct and review chemical and microbiological analysis. Food technicians can work as technical staff members in the public and private sectors related to the food industry.
