Turkish Language Certificate (C1 Level). In case there is no Turkish Language Certificate before enrollment, Üsküdar University offers for its candidate international students one-year (1-year) preparatory Turkish-language school intense program.

The purpose of this program is to train staff members who assist doctors in studies they carried out and for the use of X-rays and magnetic imaging in the diagnosis of disease. Students of this program take classes such as radiological imaging techniques, radiation oncology, radiation safety and protection, anatomy, physiology and biophysics. Besides these basic subjects, they take social classes such as fine arts and deontology.
Medical Imaging Technicians can work in radiology departments of public and private health institutions under the supervision of neurology, paediatrics, pulmonology and physiology specialists. Medical Imaging Technicians can also take part in European Union and national projects. In addition, they can participate in domestic and foreign funded scientific researches in universities as health technicians. Students who prefer to become research scientists can also take the external transfer exam.
