Attested/notarized copy of high school diploma in English or in Turkish (An equivalence letter from Ministry of education of Turkey certifying that your diploma is equivalent to a Turkish High School Diploma will be required during registration.)
You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
A Turkish Proficiency certificate from TOMER is also required.
The aim of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design is to train qualified interior architects and designers who are able to bring contemporary aesthetic dimensions to cultural diversities and make original works with the help of science and technology. In the department, during the four-year education, design theories and methods are thought to students by applied projects and they obtain the ability to design on their profession theme, based on researches conducted in disciplined and systematic techniques. Objective of the profession is to create a design language that is an integration of form and function and based on principles of visual communication, to make spatial and environmental arrangements and to systematize and enhance them.
Our graduates will have the opportunity to work not only in private and in public sector but also to be a self employed person. They can be employed as interior architect and environmental designer in every occasion where those needs emerge. Besides, the graduates can also work as instructor or academician in education and research institutions of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. In addition, our graduates can be employed in the field of computer aided design in terms of visual presentation and project design.
