Undergraduate diploma (or higher)
Students need the original of the Undergraduate Diploma. The institution which has issued the diploma must be recognised by the Council of Higher Education in Turkey. The student is responsible for making sure that the institution is recognised in Turkey. For that the student can apply for the recognition in the Ministry of Education of the Turkish Republic and attach the proof of recognision to the application. If the student does no apply for the recognition then Dogus University will send the institution information to the Ministry of Education of the Turkish Republic for the recognition. In case the institution will not pass the recognition the student’s registration will be cancelled.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Turkish.

You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
Graduate students accepted to a program taught in Turkish have to prove their proficiency in Turkish before they can start their academic studies.
In the last twenty years, in many areas the need for engineering managers who can easily adapt to new developments in the fields of engineering and technology, who can follow and relate advanced concepts, who can see the competitive effects in applying these concepts to their organization, is rapidly growing. The aim of the Engineering and Technology Management Master’s degree program is to educate professional managers, who can appropriately and systematically handle the information in engineering, technology, environment, informatics, and law and management fields. Additionally our aim is to educate engineering managers who can do research and improvements, being specialists and leaders in the fields of industry and engineering using all the information they have acquired effectively both in theory and practice while following all the new developments in the world. This program is based on industrial cooperation and the educational process is carried out within interactive education basics like team work, oral and written communication; it also presents engineering, technology and management issues in detail and relates these issues with each other.
Structure of the Program
Computer engineering master program offers two degrees: with thesis and without thesis.
1. Master program without thesis provides theories of computers and relased Technologies, their structures, functions and applications. There are 2 obligatory and 8 elective courses eith atotal of 30 credits and a masters Project.
2. Masters program with thesis emphisesize on research and academic studies so that students can continue Ph.D program after graduation. There are 2 obligatory and 5 elective courses of a total of 21 credits. Also there is a 6 credit master’s thesis.
Computer engineering master program is run as 2 semesters per year. The program should finish with 6 semesters or in other words in 3 years.

The Engineering and Technology Management Master’s Degree program without thesis is generally for engineers working in industry and covers a four semester education period each lasting 14 weeks. This program is a terminal graduate degree and does not provide a background for studies leading to a Ph. D. degree. Students in this program are required to take a minimum of 1 credit seminar, 4 compulsory (12 credits) and 6 elective (18 credits) courses and prepare a graduate project under the consultancy of an advisor.
In the Engineering and Technology Management Master’s Degree program with thesis students are given education focused on research and academic studies which allow them to pursue further studies leading to a Ph. D. degree. These students are required to take a minimum of 1 credit seminar, 4 compulsory (12 credits) and 3 elective (9 credits) courses and prepare a graduate thesis under the consultancy of an advisor.
