The basic objective of this programme is to train jurists, lawyers and legal experts to develop their abilities to define and analyse new legal matters which are occurring in the global environment and to comprehend the core legal rules as well as the evolution of the Law itself. The aim of this course is to enable our students who attend both programmes to understand the justifications, principals, procedures, and verdicts which constitute the basis of the discipline of law by means of comprehensive research and verification.

The priority of the programmes is to improve the talents of our students so that they can evaluate and solve those legal problems which they are likely to encounter in accordance with the logical and legal principals in the fields of National and International Trade Law, Capital Markets Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Consumer Law, Code of Obligations and types of Modern Contracts at issue.

Its aim is to foster professional development in jurists who will be able to make a meaningful contribution to the changing legal profession in both the national and international arenas. Therefore, our country will gain some new jurists who will mould the legal profession by following all of the changes in the field of law. In this respect, those who prepare the thesis and term papers as part of the Private Law Masters Programme with Thesis will acquire the ability to assess and interpret evolving legal matters with competence and a knowledgeable background. Those students who attend the Private Law Masters without Thesis will become proficient in such matters as well.
