Entry qualification

High school / secondary education (or higher) The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Turkish. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.

Students who do not reregister without an excuse stated in Article 37 Regulation and who have not been accepted by the relevant executive board are considered as failing in that academic year/semester.

Overview

Aydin University Cartoon and Animation Department targets to train and professionally prepare students for applications of animation. The various fields of animation require a comprehensive and profound understanding of industries such as: television, video games, commercial, motion pictures, cartoon animation, and alternative range of design fields. The program provides a significant opportunity for students to bring their creative ideas to life and learn the essential applications of animation. İstanbul Aydin University Cartoon and Animation Department will help students develop an artistic vision and acquire the necessary skills in design, motion graphics, advanced rendering, editing pictures and sound, storyboard writing, computer animation with 3D modelling and production techniques. Students who would like to participate in the Undergraduate program will be selected through a special entrance exam.
