The undergraduate program in Computer and Instructional Technologies Education aims to impart knowledge and develop skills of those who will be working in various environments with children from the age of 6 to 18 years. The aim is not simply to train candidate teachers but also to cope with recent technological developments in the area. The program combines theoretical training with field experience and offers a vision based on current research.
The Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies Education offers four year programs leading to a bachelor’s degree for Instructional Technologies and Computer education. The total credits of the program is 240 ECTS credits and one ECTS is equal to 25.5 hours of student workload per semester .
Instructional Technologies and Computer Education program is designed to equip students with the basic knowledge, skills and competency to become effective teachers in the primary education,secondary education and all kinds of school teaching within the system. They also envisage providing students with knowledge beyond their own subject areas, enabling them to take on roles in especially technological aspects of education.
Graduates can easily be employed by all school levels of State and Private Schools.They can also work for the organizations and companies.
